So I’ve been sober for over a week now and I’m feeling…well…sober. The downside includes having this gaping hole where drinking used to fit into my day. Another con is that I don’t have an easy solution for anxiety now. On the plus side, I don’t have to skulk around lying and worrying about being called out on my drinking. I’m sure there are physiological benefits too. Also in the pros column I would put the fact that I feel better about myself. Any advice welcome!
